Terminal 21 is a brand new shopping mall which opened at the tail-end of 2011. The name is derived from a combination of the malls resemblance to an airport terminal and its location on Sukhumvit 21. The mall offers a spectacular shopping experience in a setting which features a different city theme on each floor. Beginning with the Caribbean on the Lower Ground Floor the shopper is taken on a journey through Rome, Paris, Tokyo, London, Istanbul, San Francisco and Los Angeles en route to the ubiquitous cinemas on the top floor. Terminal 21 has something to offer everyone. You can find the usual array of international shops, however one of the highlights is the wide selection of local fashion designers located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. There is also a variety of restaurants to choose from. The food court, Pier 21, is on the 5th floor or you could head to Subway, Tony Roma’s, Jeffer Steak or one of the many restaurants located on the 4th floor. The mall is connected to the luxurious Grande Centre Point Hotel via a series of access points, and boasts a wide variety of hi-tech utilities ranging from temperature controlled toilet seats, free Wi-Fi to an amazing 36 metre long escalator that whisks you from the ground floor to the fifth.
