Ivy Ampio
Ivy Ampio is a 29 storey residential building being developed by Pruksa Real Estate on Ratchadapisek Road. It has 289 units with sizes ranging from 30 sq. m. (Leon Studio) to 114 sq. m. (Monte-Carlo Duplex). The redevelopment of Ratchadapisek will most likely increase the demands for new real estate and Ivy Ampio is expected to meet the market movement. Currently, around 70 percent of the total project value of Bt1.35 billion has been sold out. Construction of this project will start at the end of this year and is expected to be completed by 2013. Noble Ploenchit
Noble Ploenchit a new “skyscraper city” project launched by Noble Development on Ploenchit Road. This project includes one 51 storey residential building, one 45 storey residential building, one 14 storey residential building, and one 3 storey office building for a total 1,442 residential units. The units will include one bedroom with a size of 40 sq. m., two bedroom units, three bedroom units, and a penthouse with a private swimming pool. Along with its elegant design and contemporary lifestyle, the developer promises that each unit will have its own private elevator, a first time in Thailand. Since its launch in July, the developer has sold about 60 percent of the project or about Bt800 million worth. The construction will start in June 2012 and completion is expected to be by 2016. Le Raffiné “Jambu Dvipa” Sukhumvit 39
Le Raffine is a luxury condominium that promises sophisticated living. It promises “villas in the sky” with private balcony swimming pool in every unit. Sitting at the heart of Sukhumvit Road, it has the highest appraised value of up to 15-25% valuing up to Baht 200,000.00 per square meters. It only has 59 unites on 34 floors with no shared walls. Each floor has a maximum of four units with sizes ranging from 200 square meter 2-bedroom units to 380 square metre duplex units. There is also the breathtaking view of Bangkok.
