15 Sukhumvit Residences, the latest condominium investment of VSSL Enterprises, will soon start its operation. This 25-storey condo building costs around 3.5 billion Thailand Baht or roughly 113 million US dollars. Resting on a 2 rai space, the building offers condominium units from studio size to duplex villa and with 29 unique interior designs and arrangements. The condominium’s proximity to Asoke BTS station, Sukhumvit MRT station and Nana makes it convenient and accessible. It is also close to Sukhumvit 13.

Among the amenities of this high rise residences are sauna, clubhouse, swimming pool, sky garden and jacuzzi. To formally launch the condominium, VSSL Enterprises held some activities from March 31 to April 1 at its sales office. The event included promotions, a mini concert and a fashion show to entertain possible buyers. To date, half of its units have been sold. According to the Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) Managing Director Phanom Kanjanathiemthao, the facilities offered by 15 Sukhumvit are among the best one can find in Bangkok. He added that Sukhumvit is in the heart of trade, dining places, shopping arenas, entertainment venues and supermarket. It is situated where one can easily access hospitals such as Samitijev and Bumrungrad Hospital.
