Welcome to our first BKKCONDOS real estate news update. Our ambition is to gradually build a closer relationship with our clients by informing you of what is happening within our company and within the dynamic Bangkok real estate market that we are working in day to day. This week we received delivery of issue 1 of the 'Thailand Property' magazine. Editor in Chief, Christa Romano has put together a substantial, 65 page package of real estate articles, company profiles, property listings and of course, advertising. It was great to see our friend Angela Margaritelli talking a bit about her business (luxurylifestyleestate.com) and she has some fantastic luxury properties for sale in Khao Yai and Bangkok. We look forward to the next issue.

Also this week we had a visit from Klapsons, not being familiar with this name it was interesting to hear about their project and ambitions. Perhaps you have heard of The River project down by the Chao Phraya River, well Klapsons are now offering Serviced Residences in this development on the 28th to 31st floors of the North Tower. They have twenty-five 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units available for shorter term (minimum 1 month) leases and are currently offering a promotional rate until the end of August. The rooms all look great and the facilities in this project are fantastic, especially the complex of swimming pools. We are particularly interested in this project for our clients who are visiting Bangkok for 'Medical Tourism' purposes and prefer Serviced Apartments. Please contact us for more information or bookings.
