BKKCONDOS News Summary: The week starting 21st July 2014
It's been a quiet couple of weeks with the BKKCONDOS team having a chance to relax and catch up with friends and family over the long weekend, celebrating Asarnha Bucha Day and Buddhist Lent Day. But back to work as normal again now and we are all busy calling, emailing and meeting clients.

I finally had a chance to visit Klapsons' new Serviced Apartments at The River. As anticipated, this project was very impressive, the customer service from the staff was great, the design of the lobby/lounge is original and interesting and the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units I viewed were spacious, well layed out with nice finishes and superb views. Highly recommended!
A recent article from the Bangkok Post gives some insight into the future of the Bangkok property market. According to a Property Consultant Agency the property market in Greater Bangkok will grow 10% next year after a 24% year-on-year decline forecast for this year. The trend has reversed since the May 2014 coup, bringing back stability and confidence. In the long term the market contraction has helped prevent a bubble in newly launched supply, descibed as a consolidation year before growth resumes in 2015. Good to hear some positive news!
