On the morning of Friday 15th August, Fragrant, the developer responsible for the Circle projects around lower Sukhumvit and Petchburi Road, held a breakfast meeting to update local Real Estate agents on the progress of their current projects.

On the morning of Friday 15th August, Fragrant, the developer responsible for the Circle projects around lower Sukhumvit and Petchburi Road, held a breakfast meeting to update local Real Estate agents on the progress of their current projects. Here goes, the low-rise Circle S Sukhumvit 12 is getting close to completion with show rooms opening soon, the first floor construction of Circle Sukhumvit 11 is already underway, expect this development to go up quickly over the next several months, Circle 2 Petchburi is up and being beautified as we speak and construction on the luxury Circle Sukhumvit 31 should be starting soon. The guys at Fragrant must be awfully busy indeed, especially as there are rumours of a new development around the Asok area! Please contact us for details on any of Fragrant's projects.

Colliers have opened invitations to bid for the purchase of a 10 rai plot of land located between the King Taksin Bridge and The River condominium project on Charoen Nakorn Road. Registration is open until September the 18th, with bid submission on the 19th September 2014. This land is considered one of the last remaining large, prime riverfront plots of land with huge development potential.

After the unstability of the last several months things are finally looking to have stabalised and we are planning on welcoming an additional member of the BKKCONDOS team soon.
