Two projects from Sansiri PDF Print E-mail
Sansiri is launching two low-rise residential projects this month worth Bt2.8 billion combined, focusing on the middle- to upper-income market, said senior marketing manager Samatcha Promsiri.

The projects are Saransiri Prachauthid-Suksawad, worth nearly Bt1.7 billion, and Town Plus Prachauthid, worth almost Bt1.1 billion. Both have achieved presales of 25 per cent.

Saransiri Prachauthid-Suksawad is a detached-housing project comprising 340 homes on 74 rai, with a starting price of Bt3.99 million per unit.

Town Plus Prachauthid is an integrated project comprising townhouses, double houses and shophouses, with a combined 499 units at prices between Bt1.99 million and Bt8 million. The project will be launched on May 23-24.

Samatcha said Sansiri had successfully launched seven residential projects together worth Bt6.8 billion, as a result of which it decided to push ahead with the two projects this month.

In the last year, the company has sold out the Saransiri Wongwang-Prachauthid detached-housing project. It sees continued strong demand for residential projects in the Prachauthid area, convincing it to proceed with the two new projects, he said.

Sansiri believes the new projects will help drive sales to meet the target of Bt20 billion this year, after recording presales of Bt6.5 billion in the first quarter, he added
