Supalai offers a guarantee of 6percent rental return
within two years to investors who invest in Supalai Casa Riva, which is located
close to the Chao Phya River.
The company's director and deputy managing
director Atip Bhichanond said the company has launched a new marketing campaign
because many investors are shifting their investments from bank deposits to
property. Most of them want assured returns on investment.
Supalai Casa
Riva is priced at Bt54,900 per square metre.
