Quick sales seen for Wireless Road project

Bangkok Post Thai Contractors Asset Co (TAC), the developer of Oriental Residence, has targeted 80% sales of its 44 condominium units by the end of this year, following the completion of its show unit. The 32-storey project, situated on a leasehold plot on Wireless Road, will house 145 units of serviced apartment and 44 condominium units for sales at sizes from 56 square metre and prices from 160,000 baht per sq m. TAC's general manager Worachit L. Chalermchaichana expects to close sales of this project upon completion which was scheduled at the end of 2010. The upscale condominium is targeting the high-end market, mainly locals and expatriates. The company was founded by active members of the Thai Contractors Association including Nawarat Patanakarn Plc (NWR), Christiani Plc, Ch. Karnchang Plc, Italian-Thai Development Plc and others.
