Quality Houses launches luxury project |

Quality Houses is launching a Bt2.1-billion luxury-housing project in the
Laddarom-Watcharaphol-Ratanakosin area to cash in on a new expressway.
Laddarom-Watcharaphol-Ratanakosin is offering resort-style homes
starting at Bt8 million on land covering 80-190 square wah.
Housing
director Yodchai Sangvoravuthikhun said recently the project was aimed at
middle-income earners who prefer a relaxed lifestyle at a location that offers
travel convenience to the inner city.
The project will benefit from the
opening of an expressway next March, connecting Ram Intra with the Outer Ring
Road.
