QH to offer 13 new projects

The listed developer Quality Houses Plc plans to launch 13 new projects worth 15.61 billion baht next year, says president Rutt Phanijphand. The company has set next year's revenue growth target at 10-15%, or between 11 billion and 11.5 billion baht, on new projects and confidence in improved market sentiment. The company this year revised up its revenue target by 5% to 10 billion baht as sales of prebuilt units developed by Quality Houses and its subsidiaries surged. The developer recorded first-half revenue of 5.23 billion baht with a net profit of 766 million baht. All of the projects to be launched next year will be townhouses and single detached houses (SDH) in Bangkok, except for the 1.1-billion-baht Laddarom Elegance in Chiang Mai. One of the projects, the 900-million-baht Q Twelve located on a 25-rai plot in the Ratchaphruek area, will only feature 12 single houses with an average price of 80 million baht. Another large project is the 6.3-billion-baht Q House Avenue Phraram 5, which is divided into the 2.4-billion baht North Avenue and the 3.9-billion-baht South Avenue. The company yesterday launched its new SDH project, Preukpirom Regent Ratchaphruek-Ratthanathibet worth 1.64 billion baht, featuring 59 units priced between 20-120 million baht. Mr Rutt said QH has developed nine projects in the Ratchaphruek area, offering different products from Casa brand townhouses to Preukpirom luxury SDHs. QH shares closed yesterday on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at 2.28 baht, up two satang, in trade worth 443.89 million baht.
