Land & Houses to launch condos, pre-sales of The Room on Sukhumvit 64 |

Despite the economic slowdown, Land & Houses is going ahead with the launch of a
condominium project in Sukhumvit along the Bangkok Transit System route.
The developer will on Sunday launch pre-sales of The Room on Sukhumvit 64 Road.
The sales will take place in Lumphini.
Land & Houses must attract 200 customers to ensure the 105-unit project will be
sold out.
Reservations for the units will be open till August. The units are expected to
be ready for delivery by December.
The Bt280-million project offers one-bedroom condominiums with utilisation area
ranging from 39 square metres to 46.5 square metres. The units are fully
furnished and offer panoramic views of Bangkok.
The Room has eight storeys and spans 1.9 rai of land.
Prices for the units range between Bt65,000 per square metre and Bt70,000 per
square metre.
The developer is also offering facilities such as a car park, gym,
closed-circuit televisions on each floor and 24-hour security.
