Half of luxury Quattro condo sold in month PDF Print E-mail
The Nation February 25, 2009

Property firm Sansiri has proven that strong demand continues for luxury condominium units by preselling 50 per cent of the 446 units in its Quattro at Thonglor soi 4 project following its launch just last month.

The twin-towered project has a market value of Bt4.6 billion.

Assistant vice president for marketing and product development Dusadee Tancharoen said the two buildings of Quattro were designed in modern contemporary style with facilities to serve a city lifestyle.

Architect PAT&DB Studio has provided a large swimming pool on the fifth floor of tower A and a large garden on the sixth floor of tower B.

The project will also offer special services such as valet parking, a free shuttle car, exclusive maid service, car wash service and concierge service.

The interior design provides luxury , including engineered teak floors and composite marble features. International brands are also being installed, such as Kohler for kitchen sets, German Hansgrohe showers and Siemens appliances.

Dusadee said the Thonglor location had high competition from other condominium projects.

However, Sansiri believes that the Quattro project's premium quality and lifestyle-centred design will result in it being completely sold out within this year.

Quattro at Thonglor soi 4 has four types of units, with prices starting at Bt10 million. They include one-bedroom units with floor space between 49.5 and 63 square metres, two bedrooms with floor space between 78 and 92 sq m, three bedrooms with floor space between 103 and 148.5 sq m, and penthouses with floor space between 168.5 and 295.5 sq m.

Sansiri is currently waiting for Quattro's environmental impact assessment and construction licence. Construction is expected to begin in August, with completion scheduled for August 2012.
