Condo show scheduled for September |

About 15 luxury condominiums will showcase their products during Sept 11-20 at Siam Paragon, expecting to attract upto Bt1 billion in transactions to help boost sales in the latter half.
Kittipol Pramoj Na Ayudhya, President of The Thai Real Estate Association, said that "Thailand Exclusive Property Show 2009" will feature mainly condominiums along the electric train routes as the event hall is popular among high-end local and foreign consumers. The projects on display have combined value of over Bt10 billion.
About Bt10-Bt12 million is set as advertising and promotion budget.
Property developers are bullish that the market would be more active in the last six months of this year, particularly in the fourth quarter, in line with the expected recovery in the overall economy.
