Century 21 launches master franchise in Thailand |

Last month, Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of one of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organizations, announced that it is continuing to expand in Asia Pacific with the signing of a master franchise agreement to open CENTURY 21® franchises in Thailand. According to the information provided, Kitisak Jampathipphong is chief operating officer and master franchisor of the CENTURY 21 System for Thailand.
“Thailand has been quite successful in improving its economy and increasing its role in the world economy,” said Tom Kunz, president and CEO of CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC. “The potential for growth opportunities in this dynamic marketplace are unlimited. We are honored to welcome Kitisak Jampathipphong and CENTURY 21 Thailand into our global network.”
The agreement, the company says, represents a further expansion into Asia Pacific for the brand. The CENTURY 21 System in Asia Pacific now spans China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Taiwan. The Century 21 Real Estate LLC system currently comprises of more than 8,500 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices in 64 countries and territories worldwide.
