A newly-launched condominium project in Bangkok has announced sales of more than 30 per cent during its pre-sale period.
The Colory Vivid is located close to the Huaykwang MRT (subway) station. The eight-storey low rise THB500 million development features 190 units in sizes starting from 27 square metres and priced from THB1.5 million upwards.
Khun Kuna Vitayatanagorn and Khun Sirinapa Sawanglum, Executive Directors of One Property and Development Co., Ltd., said they were happy with the take-up levels given improvements in global and local situations.
“Given the project’s downtown location which makes it very convenient to commute, we are confident the project will offer high investment potentials. Many developers have already invested and developed projects in this area, but most of them are either sold out or in their final phases. Since our project has only a number of units and offer unique selling propositions, we are confident that it will receive much interest from its targets and be able to close its sales in no time,” the directors stated.
With the completion of the project’s sales office and showroom, Century 21 Realty Affiliates (Thailand), in its capacity as project consultant, will be staging an open house event on February 6, 2010, during which a number of special offers will be available to buyers.
Owned and managed by One Property and Development, the project offers a variety of room types, from studios with usable area of 27 square metres, one-bedroom suites with usable areas of between 31 and 34 square metres, and two-bedroom suites with usable areas of between 47 and 57 square metres. All rooms are equipped with built-in kitchen set and hood, electric oven, air-conditioner and complete furniture.
The project boasts facilities including swimming pool, fitness centre, garden, parking lots, two sets of elevators, access control card, CCTV and round-the-clock security. It is scheduled to commence construction in March 2010 and complete in June 2011.
