Please create an account HERE and complete the account registration process. Make sure you fill in correct contact details in order for us to get in touch with you.

Once you have created your account you can log in HERE and create your listing. We will approve your listing normally within 24 hours during weekdays. Please provide as much details as possible and also pictures. Listings without pictures will not get as much attention as listings with pictures.

Please note that we do not accept free listings for rental properties less than 15.000thb/month or property sales less than 2.5 million THB.

Our standard rates are:

Free listings - no phone number or email address in listing:

• Sales commission: 3% of the agreed sales price
• Rental commission: one month rent per one-year contract

Paid listings - including phone number and email address in listing:

• Sales commission: 0%
• Rental commission: 0%
• 2.000thb/3 month - listing with up to 3 pictures, virtual tours and possibility to add Google map information
• 3.500thb/until sold - listing with up to 10 pictures, virtual tours and possibility to add Google map information
