Cancellation Policy

- Credit card guarantee ate needed upon submitting reservation. - All individual room booking may be cancelled with no cancellation charge 48 Hours prior to the day of arrival. Hotel reserves the right to charge one night accommodation from the given credit card for late cancellation or no-show. New Year Deposit / Cancellation Charge: December 28, 2008 January 2, 2009 inclusive: - Minimum 3 consecutive night stay is required from December 29, 2008 January 2, 2009 inclusive. - Any cancellation or amendment can be made within 30 November 2008 without penalty fee. - For cancellation or amendment from 1 10 December 2008 one night accommodation charge will be applied. - Any cancellation on 11 December 2008 onwards full penalty fee will be applied for cancellation or no show. - All reservations require credit card guarantee at time of booking.
