Rental Terms & Conditions

  • Daily rate is inclusive of water ,electricity, house keeping, service charges and VAT.
  • For other rental period:-
    • Water: THB20/unit with minimum charge of THB200/month
    • Electricity: THB7/unit
  • Security deposit requirement:-
    • Annual contract: 2 months + 1 month of advance payment
    • Monthly contract: 1 month + 1 month of advance payment
