expanding on the Bangkok Real Estate market and we are now looking for more,
high caliber, agents to work with us. The position are either with
salary+commission or commission based only and we offer one of the most competitive commission rates around and many
potential clients per agent.
Position 1: Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant
Requirements
Must be at least 25 years of age.
Energetic and likes to talk on the phone
Must have at least 2 years experience working for a real estate agency
Good relations with landlords and clients.
Good sense of direction and knows Bangkok well.
Must have your own car.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Must speak, read and write English fluently!
Must have computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Candidate must be reliable and punctual with good time management skills and
the ability to handle several customer at the same time.
Willing to work hard and is passionate about property and real estate!

Position 2: Sales Agent
Requirements
Must be at least 27 years of age.
Graduate from University
Must have at least 3 years proven trackrecord of Condo SALES for a real estate agency
Good relations with landlords and clients.
Enjoys meeting new people and networking
Good sense of direction and must know apartments and condos in Bangkok CBD area.
Must have your own car.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Must speak, read and write English fluently!
