Cancellation Policy

- There will be no penalty in case your notification of cancellation is received by us at prior 14 working day consecutively (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai's public holidays) prior to check in date. - If the notification of cancellation is received by us via fax less than 14 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai's public holidays) prior to check in date, a penalty equals to booking fee will apply. - No refund in case of guest's no show. - For acceptance of cancellation, Center point will send the notification of acceptance in return.
