Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings cancelled by the guest five (5) working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) prior to the date of arrival shall not be subject to a penalty fee. Otherwise, a cancellation fee equivalent to a one night stay shall be charged. Likewise, no-shows shall be charged a fee equivalent to one night stay. 2. For cancellations for stays 3 months and above, a separate cancellation policy shall be imposed.
